Licensed Veterinary Technician - Full Time
NO WEEKENDS OR EVENINGS REQUIRED
Capital Humane Society is seeking candidates for a Licensed Veterinary Technician position. This position assists with surgery, routine health examinations, and health maintenance for all animals sheltered and served at our clinic. This position works at all three of our locations including the Admissions & Assessment Center, Pieloch Pet Adoption Center, & the Stransky Veterinary Center. Requirements:
- Good Communication Skills
- Valid Nebraska Driver's License
- Valid Nebraska Veterinary Technician License
Position is full-time, 40 hours per week with benefits. Pay is dependent upon experience. Benefits include health, life, dental, vision, and disability insurance, vacation and sick leave, paid holidays, employee assistance program, and 401K retirement plan (after one year of employment). Capital Humane Society also covers continuing education expenses and pre-rabies vaccination.
