Customer Service Specialist - Full Time
Capital Humane Society is seeking candidates for an Customer Service Specialist position. This position is expected to provide excellent customer service to patrons at the Admissions & Assessment Center by assisting patrons in person and over the telephone. The most common functions performed include, but are not limited to: lost & found, animal reclaims, animal admissions, and end of life services. This position manages and maintains animal paperwork and records in our shelter database. This position primarily works at the Admissions & Assessment Center but could spend time at both facilities, as needed. The full job description is available on the Employment Openings page. Requirements:
- Good Communication Skills
- Ability to work weekends and evenings
- Valid Nebraska Driver's License
Position is full-time, 40 hours per week, and pays $15.46/hour (non-negotiable) with benefits. Benefits include health, life, dental, vision, and disability insurance, vacation and sick leave, paid holidays, employee assistance program, and 401K retirement plan (after 6 months of employment).
