Everyone associated with the Capital Humane Society would like to welcome you to this website.

We have three wishes about your visit. First, that enough information has been provided to answer any questions you might have about Capital Humane Society. Second, that anytime in the future you might be thinking of acquiring a new pet, you will look for that pet at our shelter. Third, you will understand the need for neutering and spaying of companion animals to prevent the future birth of animals that will not find homes.

The staff, board and volunteers of Capital Humane Society work hard to make a difference in the lives of animals and people in the city of Lincoln and Lancaster County.
